Introduction

As a Summer Trainee, Project Management, you will:
Work on the change management framework-related topics
Help with project-related documentation
Build communication packages, craft messages for targeted groups
Help Project Managers with various documentation and communications-related tasks

Who you are

A higher degree study background in for example business, IT, industrial engineering, legal, finance etc.
A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
Good skills in MS Office tools
Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively

An exciting position in the Logistics Excellence team of the Metso Services Business Area. Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
