Introduction

As a Summer Trainee, Proposal Management, you will:
Support the Metso Sales teams in Market Area Europe and act as their interface with the various Business Lines for Process Equipment.
Coordinate the required support for proposals
Develop the complete and correct technical and commercial offers for process equipment.

Who you are

A higher degree study background in for example Process Technology, Process Metallurgy, Metals Processing, or Chemical, Biochemical, Materials Engineering, Automation, Business, IT, Industrial engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering or other relevant studies.
A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
Good skills in MS Office tools
Combined technical and business mindset
Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
Fluent in English (both writing and speaking skills)

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
