We are seeking a Summer Trainee to join our External Workforce Management team in Espoo!

As Summer Trainee – Subcontractor Purchasing in the Minerals Business Area, you will:

Processing and filing external invoices and Making Purchase Orders
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding late payments, payment schedules, etc.
Supporting Managers of External Personnel and External employees
Participating and contributing to ongoing development in this area

Who you are

A higher degree study background in a relevant field, e.g., Business & Administration, Logistics or Engineering
Good skills in SAP and MS Office tools
An ability to work as part of a team while also working independently on certain tasks
Combined technical and business mindset
Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence people effectively
Good written and spoken communication skills in English

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
