Description:
To support the evolving needs of our members and employers we are continuing to enhance the capability of our Service Delivery teams within the Service Operations division. This includes the addition of several Superannuation and Retirement Specialist (Inbound Voice) roles within our high-performing, member-focused Service Centre team.

The key purpose of this important role is to deliver high quality member and employer services across all enquiry types, products and member segments. While your primary focus is managing inbound voice activities and taking ownership of enquiries through to resolution, you will be multi-skilled across all our service channels and enabled to support your colleagues as and when is required.

You’ll engage in needs-based conversations to support retention and identify value add opportunities, guide members to relevant products or services, and maintain accurate records across systems.

While this role is based in Melbourne, you and your team will service a national member base within our operating hours of 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you will have a customer first mindset with experience in service delivery and administration. You are driven to pursue or continue a career in Superannuation and bring strong communication skills. Your ability to simplify complex information, and confidence in handling a broad range of enquiries, including sensitive conversations and complaints are key attributes needed to serve our members.

Whilst current RG146 certification is advantageous, our people will be supported to gain this accreditation to enable the high value conversations our members expect.

Recruitment process: The recruitment process will include a one-way video interview (via SparkHire), and an in-person group assessment centre on Wednesday 26 August or Thursday 27 August at our Bourke street office. The start date for the role is Wednesday 4 November 2026.
