Position: Superintendent – Masonry Restoration

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day job site operations for masonry restoration projects
• Coordinate and supervise crews (masons, tuck‑pointers, caulkers)
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Manage project schedules and daily task planning
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Enforce all safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Track materials, deliveries, and equipment usage
• Resolve on‑site issues quickly and professionally

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in masonry restoration or construction supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents
• Skilled in coordinating crews and managing multiple tasks
• Knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite best practices
• Reliable, organized, and solution‑focused
• Valid driver’s license
