As our new Supervisor, you will bring people together and build trust. You will support, guide, and develop your team, creating an environment where people feel safe, respected, and motivated. Through your leadership, teamwork and open communication become part of everyday life. Challenges are solved together, and the engagement across the team is strengthened.

Close collaboration with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain ensures smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support, coach, and develop team members, creating a positive, engaging team culture where a Growth Mindset and continuous improvement are embraced.
Coordinate daily production together with your team to ensure high-quality products are produced and delivered on time.
Use performance data and KPIs together with the team to identify issues, agree on solutions, and implement improvements.
Work with the team to enhance safety, quality, and productivity across both manual and automated production lines.
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain colleagues to solve challenges and optimize workflows together.

What We're Looking For

Experience in leading production teams in a manufacturing environment with measurable delivery and quality results.
Valued leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage a growth mindset.
Knowledge of production processes and hands-on experience with continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
Comfortable using production management systems data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
Clear and confident communication in Danish and English.
