Close collaboration with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain ensures smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support, coach, and develop team members, creating a positive, engaging team culture where a Growth Mindset and continuous improvement are embraced.
- Coordinate daily production together with your team to ensure high-quality products are produced and delivered on time.
- Use performance data and KPIs together with the team to identify issues, agree on solutions, and implement improvements.
- Work with the team to enhance safety, quality, and productivity across both manual and automated production lines.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain colleagues to solve challenges and optimize workflows together.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in leading production teams in a manufacturing environment with measurable delivery and quality results.
- Valued leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage a growth mindset.
- Knowledge of production processes and hands-on experience with continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Comfortable using production management systems data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Clear and confident communication in Danish and English.
