Akui’s Greener Path LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Supervisor to lead our lawn care and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily job assignments, manage crew members, ensure quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead lawn care and landscaping crews.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper equipment use and job procedures.
• Communicate with customers professionally and address questions or concerns.
• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, mulching, and cleanups.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and maintenance of equipment and materials.
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Report job updates, customer concerns, and crew performance to management.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience required.
• Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial lawn and landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
