Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, maintaining plant health, and leading a motivated team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Working conditions
· Usually work 30 – 40 Hours weekly, and sometimes weekends.
· Pay rate: $29.5 - $32.
· Region: Waikato.
· Usually work in glasshouses and outdoors in fields.
· Work in all conditions, which may be hot and humid in glasshouses and cold and wet outdoors.
