This full-time position offers a stable five-day roster from Saturday to Wednesday, based in a well-equipped college kitchen. You’ll take a hands-on leadership role in day-to-day service, supporting staff, maintaining kitchen standards, and delivering quality service to students and staff. With early starts and no late shifts, this is an ideal opportunity for someone with leadership ability who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Description:
The Role:
Cater Care Gather seeks to appoint a Supervisor at one of our key education sites in Acton

What This Role Involves:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Assisting with food preparation
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
