Description:
What you'll do:
As a Supervisor in our Business Advisory team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality work, supporting client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports for various entities and industries
• Conduct tax research and handle general tax administration tasks, including GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS preparation
• Service a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needs
• Perform journal adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting work papers for clients' accounts
• Use tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, PowerPoint, Word to deliver accurate and insightful work
• Contribute to financial modelling and forecasting (prior experience desirable)
• Stay ahead of industry changes through ongoing professional development

Skills and Experiences:
What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in business services and tax advisory within a public practice environment
• CA or CPA qualified (or currently working towards it)
• Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
