Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor/Foreman/woman to lead construction projects and oversee daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Supervisor/Foreman/woman will coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
• Assign tasks based on workers’ skills, project requirements, and priorities
• Assist with daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and hazards recognition
• Train new employees on job expectations, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets safety standards and client specifications
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication

Requirements

• Proven supervising or foreman experience within the construction industry
• 1-3 years of supervisory leadership on job sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols on construction sites
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and project tracking
• Construction-related certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory
