Job Overview:

The Grocery Store Supervisor/Key Holder acts as the manager on duty when senior management is absent. This role supports store sales, ensures exceptional customer service, maintains merchandising standards, and protects company assets.Key Responsibilities

• Opening and Closing: Unlock and lock the store, disarm and arm security systems, and conduct safety walkthroughs.
• Cash Handling: Count cash drawers, manage till changes, authorize returns, and prepare safe drops or bank deposits.
• Team Supervision: Guide cashiers and grocery stockers, delegate daily tasks, and support shift operations.
• Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, solve issues quickly, and authorize special requests or refunds.
• Store Standards: Monitor shelf stocking, check product rotation and expiration dates, and keep aisles clean and safe.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail or grocery experience, with some background in a leadership or key-holding role.
• Skills: Strong communication, basic math for cash management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Comfort using Point of Sale (POS) software, alarm systems, and basic inventory tools.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and some holidays.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
