Retail Team Leader / Supervisor

Homesavers are currently recruiting for Retail Team Leader to join our team in Arklow, County Wicklow.

Availability Requirement: Candidates who are fully flexible to work Monday to Friday.

ROLE SUMMARY

Retail Team Leader is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day retail operations along with supporting retail leaders.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the store team to-

• Provide excellent customer service
• Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts
• Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
• Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls
• Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in leading a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, with flexible availability
• Ability to deliver standards and results
• Retail experience is an advantage to have
