The role will be 30-40 hours per week with some weekend work and the right candidate must be able to work flexibly throughout the week/weekend.

Responsibilities and Duties

The right candidate must:

• Must be trustworthy

• Have previous experience in retail
• Hold the ability to motivate others
• Have strong communication skills

Duties include:

• Liaising with the Management team to achieve best practice standards across the store
• Adhering to health and safety procedures and standards
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are provided
• Opening the store as required
• Closing the store as required
• Communicating and managing staff as required
