Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France .
You will be part of a team developing supply chain performance for aftermarket operations. As part of the Supply Chain & Quality Management team, you will be involved in managing supplier performance aiming at ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries for airlines.

Your challenges:
Evaluate, monitor and improve supplier supply chain and quality performance.
Manage supplier quality approvals and ensure continuous compliance with aerospace regulations.
Identify industrial risks related to suppliers and propose effective mitigation actions.
Initiate and lead supplier recovery plans and performance improvement projects.
Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain and quality aspects with operational teams.
Your boarding pass:
Significant professional experience in supply chain, procurement operations, engineering, or logistics.
Proven track record in leading performance improvement projects and supplier development.
Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations and supplier surveillance methods.
Solid understanding of airline operations and customer support activities.
Negotiation level in English.
