Location: Montreal Office
Hybrid: 3 Days in Person Minimum per Week
Responsibilities:
- Drive impact across projects by contributing to all stages of the project life cycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and post-launch optimization.
- Uncover new opportunities by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending innovative solutions that deliver measurable savings and operational improvements.
- Solve complex problems with creativity, design optimal distribution center layouts, streamline processes, and reimagine supply chain flows.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and clear reports that empower clients to make better decisions.
- Collaborate and communicate within the team, while also delivering presentations, facilitating workshops, and explaining technical analyses in a way that inspires clients.
- Support process redesigns, train clients on new systems, and ensure smooth adoption of tools and workflows.
- Share your expertise through contributing to thought leadership blogs, articles, and presentations at industry events.
- Participate in networking, recruiting, and conferences, representing Avalon and building your professional network.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in production and operations management or industrial engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year experience of working with Supply Chain methodologies.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Sense of initiative with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Complete oral and written fluency in French and English.
- Flexibility and ability to travel throughout North America to meet client needs.
