Your main goal will be to help us build our presence within China’s manufacturing and vendor community, researching, connecting with, and organizing supplier information from Alibaba and other channels. You’ll coordinate introductions, set up meetings, and help our company establish professional relationships with factories and vendors that match our product needs.
Key Responsibilities
Research and collect detailed information on potential vendors and factories (mainly from Alibaba and other B2B platforms).
Help build and maintain a vendor database with contact details, product types, pricing, and capabilities.
Identify reliable and high-potential vendors that align with our business needs.
Introduce our company to vendors and communicate our business scope professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between our team and selected vendors.
Maintain organized records of communication, vendor details, and meeting outcomes.
Support the Supply Chain and Procurement team with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Strong research, communication, and organization skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.
Resourceful, able to spot trustworthy, capable vendors and opportunities.
Comfortable using Alibaba, Google Sheets/Excel, Teams, and WeChat.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
