We are looking for a Supply Chain/Demand Response Expert for our site in Vienna. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and steering the execution of the demand plan with the objective to maximize margins in balance with customer experience. In this challenging role you will ensure that the demand plan is executed by following up on the order income of the relevant business cluster as well as propose and initiate corrective actions.

Your key activities are:

Analyse current order income of the relevant business cluster, determine expected over-/underselling of the plan, remaining POOL/GRID, level of cancellations and provides the information to the different stakeholders.
Manage back orders (BOPs) and enforce follow up.
Offer excess inventories to sales and collect and prioritize sales opportunities.
Supports in all demand scenarios by responding to crisis situations and providing analysis and solution proposals for quality decision making as well as alignment with Demand Planning on mid-term impact.

About you

You have a higher education in Business and you have already gained some working experience in demand, supply planning ,or customer service in cross-functional teams. You communicate fluently in English and have advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge of S&OP/Supply Chain professional training (APICS or similar) is a plus.
Most important, you have an agile and determined mind-set.
