Tired of stockouts, slow suppliers, and founder-led operations that need a professional to step in? Rejuvacare is ready for you to take the wheel and build a supply chain that just works.
The Role
As Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you’ll own the flow of products from our factories to our customers’ doorsteps. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll be trusted to manage suppliers, inventory, and logistics end to end — without micromanagement or corporate red tape.
Your impact will include:
- Keep products in stock: Implement forecasting and proactive supplier management so customers never wait.
- Streamline logistics: Manage 3PL partners and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Control costs: Negotiate with suppliers on terms, pricing, and MOQs to drive better margins.
- Launch new products smoothly: Plan sourcing and shipping for new SKUs so they hit the market without delays.
- Build scalable systems: Put processes in place that reduce risk and make supply chain performance predictable.
Must-Haves
- Strong track record of managing 3PLs and supplier negotiations
- 3+ years in e-commerce operations, ideally with direct-to-consumer brands
- Experience with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarding
- Comfortable working autonomously with full accountability
- Based in, or able to overlap with, China or UK/EU time zones
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Shopify, Asana, and inventory management tools (e.g., Cin7, Skubana, NetSuite)
- Background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce beyond just Amazon FBA
- Experience building supply chain processes and systems from the ground up
Who Thrives Here
3 Self-starters who love taking full ownership of outcomes
3 Process builders who can bring order to fast-moving environments
7 Not for those who wait for instructions or prefer corporate pace
Compensation
- Base Salary: $4,000–$5,000/month (depending on experience & location)
- Bonuses: Performance-based, discretionary
- Benefits: Fully remote role, with the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling e-commerce brand
