As the Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for a team of experienced sourcing and procurement specialists. The team sit with Altus Intervention Scandinavia.
Partner with the best
Sourcing & Procurement Management (supplier management, supplier contracts) supporting all Sourcing & Procurement activities in Europe/ North Sea region with principal focus on Nordic region.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Supplier contract management system, incl contract type selection, negotiations, commercial terms and conditions
- Managing sourcing and procurement systems, incl quoting, bid evaluation, subcontracting, expediting, budget control, etc
- Organising and execution of procurement projects, allocating work within department, and employee performance and development
- Managing the interface with Corporate Legal Counsel
- Establishing and maintaining supply chain governing documentation
- Complying with company procedures, rules and regulations, reporting non-conformities in quality and HSE
- Achiving Key Performance Indictor targets for Sourcing & Procurement and Supplier performance monitoring
- Working in close collaboration with other supply chain teams both regionally and globally, being the gatekeeper on Sourcing & procurement policy
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a University degree with proven experience in supply chain, contractual, legal or commercial experience
- Have sound oral and written communication skills, be fluent in Norwegian and excellent English skills (spoken and written)
- Have Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams
- Be able to lead initiatives/projects of high scope and impact with the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Have a standard of integrity and ethical values
- Have sound negotiation skills, be a good performer and have the ability to work under pressure
- Have a good standard of desktop software skills with proven analytical and organizational ability
