We are now looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our UPM Biofuels team in in Helsinki or Lappeenranta, Finland. This is a temporary position with a contract valid until the end of August 2026.

What you will do

• Perform Biofuels Supply Chain short and long term planning
• Co-operate with UPM Biofuels Feedstock, Production and Sales team
• Monitor stock levels and lead the month end reconciliation of storages
• Plan and execute sustainable criteria allocation for customer sales

Who you are

We are looking for a proactive person, who is not scared of quick tempo executing supply chain and production planning efficiently in our Supply Chain Planning team.

What makes you a great fit

• You have experience in Supply Chain operations and planning, as well as experience in liquid storage management
• You have a good understanding of the oil, biofuels, or chemicals industry
• You are accountable and able to deliver results in a hectic operative environment
• You have experience in Supply Chain operations/planning/warehouse management
• You have good user skills in IT systems
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Finnish and English
• You are an energetic team player with great interpersonal skills
• You have an accurate and precise approach to daily tasks

The position holder will be part of the Supply Chain Planning and Sustainability Compliance team and report to Minna Rastas, Manager, Supply Chain Planning.
