Supply Chain Professional / Order Management Specialist

REQUIRED TO WORK ON ALTERNATE SCHEDULE FROM 3PM TO 12AM, 3 DAYS A WEEK
Job Requirements
- Manage PO and SO: Including releasing orders, liaise with Supplier / Contract Manufacturer on order commit/delivery, reschedule/cancellation, rebalancing, shutgate, buyahead and critical parts. All commits and changes needs to be updated in SAP accordingly.
- Check the new orders & hub orders & hub pulls transmitted by the Contract Manufacturer daily via a report downloaded from the system or email communication.
- Coordinate with GCM/Supplier/Contract Manufacturer in resolving pricing and shipment discrepancy [if any].
- Perform order book reconciliation and send email to Supplier & Contract Manufacturer and post to BOX.
- Perform price refresh for purchase order on monthly basis
- Buy/Sell part number set up in SSA tool and SAP MDT.
- Verify & updatethesales order sell price in the system before forwarding shipment documents to logistics for processing.
- Update the dates of Supplies in the shipment documents to Logistics for processing.
- Liaise with Freight Forwarders to arrange shipment documents to Logistics for processing.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records/database/documentation in centralize file.
- Perform Sox testing
- Reports: Generate and publish all Operations [KPI] and Inventory reports into Box (List of report: WMS, Inventory, Uncommit, Handsfree, FBL1, ShutGate, GR/IR mismatch, shipment, DCF, GAP, OTD, OTA, measurement review report, price change report)
- Back-up team members work task during their absence.
- Any other tasks requested by manager
Education and Experience
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent and/or at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiarity with Logistics & Supply Chain Management regulations
- Administration skills.
- Computer Skills-Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good Organization Skills
- Good Follow-Up Skills
- Efficient and Meticulous
- Able to Multitask and Independent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
