Job Description
- Support all Supply Chain functions (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Supplier Management) in daily operations
- Contribute to standardization of Supply Chain ways of working across the site
- Act as interface between suppliers, internal plants, and other Safran sites
- Support plant coordination and material flow activities
- Assist in site setup, ramp up, and growth initiatives from a Supply Chain perspective
- Liaise with key functions (Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance) to align processes.
- Support ongoing Supply Chain improvement and transformation projects
- Analyze operational situations and propose solutions based on benchmarking from other Safran sites
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in SAP transactions and reporting
- Support preparation of process documentation, standards, and work instructions
- Contribute to change management and user support during implementation of new processes or tools
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or Manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain projects
- Experience in multi site or industrial environment is a plus

- Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse)
- Good understanding of SAP (MM / PP / SCM exposure)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
