This role is essential in supporting the end-to-end supply process—ensuring stock flows efficiently from growers to customers while helping drive successful product launches and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

As a Supply Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in coordinating supply activities, supporting planning functions, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with supply planners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Supply Coordination

• Generate and manage purchase orders with growers and suppliers in partnership with the Supply Planner
• Support forecasting and planning to align supply with demand
• Coordinate and book in stock from growers, markets, and internal sources
• Investigate and resolve delivery, return, and stock discrepancies
• Assist with contingency planning to manage supply shortages

New Product Development (NPD)

• Support new product initiatives through research and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches
• Conduct product trials, analyse results, and share insights with stakeholders

General Administration

• Communicate customer delivery requirements to suppliers and logistics providers
• Support accounts with query and dispute resolution
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and data analysis
• Maintain clear communication on supply issues and allocation changes
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, Food Science, or similar)
• Experience in fresh produce or FMCG (supply, sales, or account management)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently
• Analytical skills with experience in reporting and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems
• Willingness to work on-site full-time
