About the role
The Supply & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods across cultivation, manufacturing, and consignment channels. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely replenishment, and efficient coordination of supply activities to support uninterrupted operations. Working closely with the Senior Commercial Operations Lead and cross functional teams, the role focuses on executing supply and inventory processes, maintaining data integrity, and resolving day to day operational issues. The position plays a key role in enabling effective planning, minimising stock risks, and supporting overall supply chain performance within a GMP regulated environment. As the Supply & Operations Coordinator, you will
Coordinate the end-to-end supply flow across cultivation, manufacturing, and consignment channels.
Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Track orders from creation through to delivery, receipt, and reconciliation.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies.
Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments as required.
Monitor inventory levels across all locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
Track batch movements and ensure accurate recording of stock transfers and adjustments.
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular reviews and system updates.
Support stock takes and cycle counts, including investigation and resolution of variances.
Identify potential stock risks such as shortages, excess, or slow-moving inventory.
Support replenishment planning activities to maintain continuity of supply.
Work with the Senior Commercial Operations Lead to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
Monitor stock coverage and trigger replenishment actions as required.
Assist in maintaining planning data and assumptions to support forecasting accuracy.
Maintain accurate and up to date data within systems, including ERP or inventory management systems.
Generate and maintain regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and supply performance.
Ensure data integrity to support planning, compliance, and decision making.
Identify trends or discrepancies in data and escalate as required.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders across cultivation, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.
Communicate supply updates, risks, and issues in a timely and clear manner.
Build effective working relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Identify and resolve day to day supply chain or operational issues as they arise.
Support process improvements to enhance supply efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and operations.
Provide operational support to the Senior Commercial Operations Lead to enable effective planning and decision making.
About you
Qualifications / Licenses
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Alternatively, equivalent practical experience in a supply chain or operations environment.
Experience/ Skills
Previous experience in a supply chain, inventory, logistics, or operations coordination role.
Experience managing purchase orders and tracking order lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and reconciliation.
Exposure to inventory management practices, including stock control, batch tracking, and stock take processes.
Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems, with the ability to maintain accurate and reliable data.
Experience liaising with suppliers and cross functional stakeholders to coordinate supply activities.
Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food production, or similar is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
