Join Our Team as a Support Associate!

We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Associates to provide support to a school-age child with intellectual & developmental disabilities in Clayton. Part-time, after-school Thursday and Friday and Saturday hours available.

About the Role:

As a Support Associate, you will provide one-on-one support to help children build independence, social skills, and daily living skills in the home and community. Responsibilities may include engaging in age-appropriate activities, supporting routines, encouraging positive behavior, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

Experienced: Previous experience in care, especially for those with disabilities, is highly valued.

Great Communicator: Comfortable with various communication styles for effective interaction.

Licensed Driver: A valid driver’s license is a must for transportation responsibilities.

Tech-Savvy: Able to complete online training and documentation on our online portal in a timely manner.
