Summary:

• This is a contract position that requires you to supports to a individual in your home. Supports include supporting the individual to achieve personalized goals, maintain daily living skills, assist with budgeting, and maintain a regular routine.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.
• A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.
• Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.
• Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required on both vehicle and home.
• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.

Salary:

• For PLCS $1760/month + room and board to be negotiated. (Raymond)
• For PLAH $2203.00/per month, and Room and Board to be negotiated. (Lethbridge)
