About the role:

This is a key appointment within our Adelaide Road store in Wellington where you will be helping to achieve sales and store profitability targets, building on our market share within the local region. You will need to be confident in dealing with commercial and fleet customers, providing technical advice where required, and ensuring KPI's and budgets are met.

This is a multi-faceted position requiring someone who is willing to learn all roles and aspects of the business, with a strong operational focus.

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• Great leadership and people management skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the automotive or tyre industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
