Support Officer (Administration)

As a Support Officer, you will work with your team to ensure all internal and external stake holders at Tribunals have all the information they need in a timely and effortless manner.

You will be a people person with a clear and confident communication style and excellent customer centric focus.

You are a natural organiser with solid administrative experience. We are looking for someone with problem solving skills and a can-do attitude, including for the role's significant quantity of administrative work. You will be adaptable, patient and calm in your approach.

To be successful in the role

  • General office and administrative duties including operating office equipment
  • Microsoft Office
  • Operation of accounts and purchasing
  • Facilities management
  • Frontline service provision
  • Knowledge of legal processes and administration especially for tribunals
  • Making and managing travel arrangements

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The appointing salary for this role will be between $54,343 and $74,416 based on skills and experience.
