Support Services Administrator (Temporary, Full-time)
Duration: Approximately 6 - 12 months
Location: Peterborough, ON
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: $721.14 - $975.66 per week (plus applicable benefits)
As a Support Services Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to all branches and departments at the Credit Union
- Scan, and edit as required incoming and outgoing clearing items and various other documents
- Assist with the record retention process
- Act as a messenger/courier, prepare courier bags and process outgoing mail
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Prior administration experience would be an asset
- Possess knowledge with windows, excel, general office equipment and electronic mail
- The successful candidate will be a team player who is patient and has an attention to detail
