ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen, & Bansha, Co. Tipperary.
Who we are -
As a Support Worker and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.
What we can offer you:
- Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Support Workers of €37,000 - €40,000 annually (depending on experience)
- inclusive of sleeping time and premiums.
- Incremental salary scale
- Combination of shifts patterns i.e. sleepover, day shifts, Live waking night shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Support workers require a minimum of a Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.
- A full driving license
- Experience of working with vulnerable young people and youth and families in the community or residential setting
