Support Worker

Support Worker (Supported Living)

Location: Sittingbourne & Wateringbury, Kent
Hours of Work: 37-40 hours per week
Salary: £11.44

About the Role:

At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Our Supported Living Service in Sittingbourne is a new service comprising of 9 individual accommodations. The Wateringbury service is home to 6 individuals in their own homes. The adults there are of all ages with autism spectrum conditions and other learning disabilities or related complex support needs.

As a Support Worker in our Supported Living Home, you will work as part of a strong as supportive team, playing a big role in the support we give those that live there throughout their day to day lives.

Along with your general caring responsibilities (including some personal care and assisting those with physical disabilities or mobility issues) your role will include supporting with many exciting activities such as baking, painting or learning to play an instrument as well as other fantastic activities out in the local community! Ideally you should drive as you will be required to work in both service areas.

Ideally you must drive as you will be required to work in both service areas.
