Supporter Engagement Administrator

Summary:

About The Role

As our Supporter Engagement Officer, you’ll be a friendly first point of contact for our supporters. You’ll respond to calls, emails and enquiries, keep supporter records accurate in our CRM, and process donations and receipts securely. You’ll also send supporter cards and welcome packs, greet visitors, and help with extra calls during appeals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, has an eye for detail, and wants their work to contribute to lasting change for people living in poverty.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

• Alignment with the vision, mission and values of Baptist World Aid Australia
• Excellent Communication skills both written and oral, and able to shape organisational communication Experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or a similar people focused environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work well within a team
• A positive, helpful and service oriented approach
• An authentic Christian faith, with a strong commitment to the values, vision and mission of the Baptist Church, and a willingness to participate in prayer and biblical reflection sessions

Desirable

• Experience working in a NFP sector
• Experience in International Aid and Development
