- Associate's degree and 3 yrs related experience
- In Lieu of Degree and 3 years related experience, HS Diploma/GED and 7 years related experience
- Knowledge & experience with electrical circuits, electro-mechanical construction principles
- Experience in overseeing contractors and administering programs relating to policy, contracts & procedures
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety measures/controls
- Work management processes, Maximo scheduling, contractor oversight, contract management, project management
- Financial knowledge and skills including ability to analyze data
- 3 years previous supervisor experience
- 5-7 years solar experience
- Formal electrical training, NFPA70E Training, PV industry specific training
- 2 years supervisory / contractor oversight experience
- Field Mobility Classification – Work will be performed in various field locations, as needed, after the onboarding period. However, field employees are required to live within a reasonable daily commute to their assigned work location.
- Performs work in an outside plant and an office environment; required to observe work in all areas of outdoor generating fields (solar and BESS) which are power plant, industrial environments operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which includes exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and humidity.
- May be required to climb ladders and stairs at various heights; enter vessels or equipment with limited access; walk, stoop, bend or squat.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, inspect, calculate, count, retain and make sound decisions.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, use and reach with hands, arms and fingers.
- There is potential exposure to high stress situations and requirement to be available for emergency response as required by the needs of service.
