Our team values work/life balance and enjoys a 4 day work week:

  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

As a Surgical Assistant on our team you will asist with periodontal, implant, and regenerative procedures while maintaining sterile technique and OSHA standards. You’ll take digital radiographs and intraoral photos, provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions, support sterilization and operatory organization, and accurately document procedures—all while contributing to a smooth, team-centered clinical flow.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (periodontal or surgical preferred)
  • Current x-ray certification in the state of OR & BLS certification
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, confident chairside presence
  • Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet supportive surgical environment
