Your Role and Impact:
- Project Oversight: Coordinating and supervising construction surveying projects to meet client and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and developing survey staff to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Technical Support: Providing guidance on calculations, methodologies, and best practices.
- Client Collaboration: Building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Operational Management: Assisting with resource planning, workflow coordination, and team development.
- Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or another state) highly regarded.
- Experience: 5+ years in a Senior Surveying level role, particularly within construction projects, with proven project delivery success.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in surveying methodologies, software, and equipment; familiarity with project management principles.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: A solution-focused approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
