Oroshi Fish Co., a vibrant sushi takeout restaurant in the West-end of Toronto, is looking for a FULL-TIME Sushi Chef to join our small team. Must have weekend availability + previous sushi and fish butchery experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience preparing sushi (nigiri, sashimi, maki) and fish butchery
- Knowledge of proper fish handling, knife skills, and food safety
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
