At Sushi Circle we're all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food. Sushi is what we're known for. But we also have a mouth-watering range of hot street food available - from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes. All packed with rich, aromatic flavours and all-natural ingredients.

Designed with convenience in mind, our kiosk concept gives customers access to fresh, hand-prepared sushi, hot street food, poke bowls, snacks, and grab-and-go favourites"all while doing their weekly shop. What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or promotional work is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service.
• Someone who thrives on meeting new people and enjoys working in a customer-facing role.
• Confidence in promoting products and encouraging customers to try something new.
• Flexibility to work primarily between 10:00am and 4:00pm, with additional hours available during busy periods and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly face of Sushi Circle, creating a warm, welcoming and engaging experience for every customer.
Confidently approach shoppers and invite them to sample our freshly made sushi.
Introduce customers to the Sushi Circle range, sharing product knowledge, flavours and ingredients to encourage first-time purchases and repeat visits.
Build excitement around the brand through enthusiastic conversations and engaging product demonstrations.
Keep the kiosk and display fridge fully stocked, organised and visually appealing to maximise sales opportunities.
Monitor stock levels and replenish products throughout your shift.
Work closely with SuperValu store management to maintain excellent kiosk standards and maximise visibility within the store.
Ensure all sampling activities are carried out safely and in line with food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the kiosk and surrounding area.
Accurately complete any required promotional, sampling or sales records.
Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve the customer experience and future promotional activity.
Travel between multiple kiosk locations to support promotional campaigns and business needs.
Represent the Sushi Circle brand professionally at all times, delivering outstanding customer service and acting as a brand ambassador.
