Description:
About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, Innovation & Sustainability, this exciting role will focus on the coordination and development of the Sunny Queen Sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Champion and stay up to date with all environmental compliance and business strategies
Ensuring regulatory requirements are met
Champion internal and external communication related to Sunny Queen Sustainability plan
Measure ROI for actions delivering cost savings to the business.
Liaise with key external stakeholders regarding sustainability requirements and projects
Assist in external audits regarding Sustainability and Environment
Increase and maintain internal awareness of the overall SQ Sustainability strategy
Champion community events’ activation
Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Credentials and experience working within the environmental field, ideally within an FMCG organisation for a minimum of 3 years
- Knowledge of sustainability and environmental practices, reporting frameworks, and relevant legislation
- High-level project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
