to be a part of our Group ESG Strategy and Sustainability Team, which resides in Group Operations and Sustainability. The team is responsible for driving Fiskars Group’s strategic agenda on sustainability and the governance of it, as well as sustainability reporting. As a Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating Group level sustainability reporting, both internal and external (e.g. Fiskars Group’s CSRD report, and other sustainability communications). You will also participate and manage projects to steer our sustainability actions going forward in line with our ESG strategy and long-term targets.
You possess a strong interest in strategic sustainability, development work and reporting. You enjoy working in an international environment and communicating with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds. You have a proactive, curious as well as a positive attitude and business-driven mindset, and you collaborate effectively in virtual teams.
- Manage and coordinate Fiskars Group’s CSRD and interim reporting processes
- Develop and coordinate together with key stakeholders other internal and external sustainability reporting, content development, and communication ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and our Fiskars Group ESG strategy
- Support the organization with different sustainability related operational enquiries and questionnaires
- Support our brands on sustainability communication
- Support in other projects and coordination tasks
- Experience working with sustainability reporting and communications
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, including ESRS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured mindset
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Confident communicator who can influence across functions and levels
- Process and result-driven way of working
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, or other applicable education, Master’s preferred
