Swim School Officer

Join our team as a Swim School Officer and lead the creation of a thriving swim school environment. As a Swim School Officer, you’ll oversee and mentor a talented team of instructors, supervise operations ‘on deck’ and deliver exceptional customer service. This hands-on role involves administrative tasks, working in the water, supporting the re-opening of our pools and requires availability to work weekends. If you have experience in a swim school setting and a passion for leading teams, we want to hear from you!

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
