Location: Vienna – valid work permit for Austria required

The Role

We are looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to join fiskaly and support the management and continuous improvement of our internal IT infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely across Austria, Germany, Spain, and Italy. This is a key position where your experience and problem-solving skills will directly support business operations and shape our internal tech landscape as we scale.

Your Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain internal IT infrastructure across our locations in Austria, Germany, Spain, and Italy

  • Provide support and lifecycle management for end-user devices (Windows, Linux, macOS)

  • Collaborate with the product development team on building and maintaining our data center (e.g., in Germany)

  • Handle hardware procurement, repairs, and documentation, and advise on IT asset acquisitions

  • Implement and support IT security requirements aligned with ISO27001 standards

  • Contribute to shaping our long-term IT strategy and improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Completed technical education or relevant IT training

  • Strong experience with system administration and internal IT support

  • Hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune)

  • Familiarity with network maintenance and Unifi hardware

  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, international environment

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to our offices and data centers in Europe

  • Interest in automation and modern IT tools (bonus if you've already worked with AI or scripting solutions)
