This is your chance to get a comprehensive view of the mission critical solution design in a multicultural large organization.

You will be working with System Architects and development teams transforming customer requirements into solutions for development teams to implement.

Your role will be part trainee, part teacher. We have brilliant System Architects who speak fluent SAFe System Architecture but would benefit from your expertise to bridge the gap between traditional architecture and the latest advancements in AI.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to support our

experts on how to integrate AI into concept design, requirements management, and architectural planning. Essentially, you help us realize that ;the way we’ve always done it; isn’t the only way.

The duration of this trainee period is 4 to 6 months and will start on an agreed date. The position

is full-time and can be done partly remotely.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?

Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences.

For this position, we hope that you have studied IT or Engineering, but more importantly, that you have kept your pulse on the rapidly evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence.

Success in this role will be supported if you have studied how Large Language Models work and how they can be applied to automate and enhance complex expert work (like Systems Architecture).

If you have experience in the following… advanced prompting strategies, configuring AI assistants and perhaps possess the patience to explain these tools to non-native AI users …it will be beneficial for this role.

If you have already familiarized yourself with… transforming traditional workflows (like Requirements Engineering or SAFe processes) into modern, AI-driven pipelines—and teaching our experts how to do the same … , you'll have the opportunity to utilize these skills with us.
