System Engineer - Windows/Linux

JD:

The System Engineer will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure and applications. The role involves system administration, network management, and providing technical support to ensure seamless IT operations.

Configure, monitor, and maintain IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and diagnose system and network issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Perform system recovery, backups, and maintenance tasks.

Administer and manage Windows and UNIX operating systems

Provide helpdesk support and resolve IT-related queries efficiently.

Ensure network security and maintain IT policies and procedures.

Work with Cisco, Alcatel, and other networking technologies for system optimization

Education: Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the IT industry, preferably in system administration and IT support.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Windows and UNIX administration.

Exposure to Cisco, Alcatel, and network security tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and analytical skills.
