Our group is one of the global leaders in subcontracting makeup, through its activities in the manufacturing of nail polish, mascara, and lip gloss. Our products are sold internationally, and we collaborate with globally recognized brands. As part of our growth, we wish to recruit a Quality System Officer (M/F).
You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the quality policy within our company. This position requires proficiency in the Italian language to coordinate and carry out internal and external audits at our sites in Italy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the company’s quality policy in collaboration with management.
- Propose, implement, and validate quality procedures, ensuring their compliance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct and monitor internal and external audits (suppliers, customers), ensuring compliance with current quality standards.
- Manage corrective and preventive action plans based on audit results and quality analyses.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of certifications and guarantee their maintenance in compliance with requirements.
- Raise awareness among staff about Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP - ISO 22716), through internal training.
- Implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its proper application and continuous evolution.
- Validate procedures, specifications, and documents of the Quality System to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of products throughout their production cycle.
- Ensure that quality systems are aligned with the objectives set by the management committee and are continuously evolving.
Supervision and Training:
- Provide training related to the quality system, ISO 22716 standards, procedures, and operating procedures for new hires and existing employees.
- Train staff on quality requirements and maintaining good practices.
Documentary System:
- Master quality documentation, ensuring traceability, verification, and dissemination of procedures and documents.
- Participate in drafting and implementing quality procedures, and inform staff of document updates.
Audits:
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits in Luxembourg, as well as external audits for the Group (certification, clients).
- Ensure follow-up on audits during the project phase and those conducted at our sites in Italy.
Desired Profile:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Quality, Management, or a similar field.
- Significant experience in quality management in an industrial environment or quality system management.
- Proficiency in the Italian and English language, both spoken and written, is mandatory. French is a big asset.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to propose corrective actions.
