Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in both tech and non-tech hiring. The ideal candidate should possess strong campus hiring exposure and have an established network with colleges, campuses, and institutes for talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT/Tech and Non-Tech roles
• Handle approximately 60% Tech/IT hiring and 40% Non-Tech hiring requirements
• Coordinate and drive campus hiring activities, placement tie-ups, and recruitment events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and placement cells
• Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and HRMS updates

Required Skills:

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities
• Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and recruitment techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10 months-1.5yrs of recruitment experience (we are not looking to hire freshers/mid-senior level folks)
• Prior exposure to campus hiring and placement coordination preferred
• Experience in IT/Tech hiring is mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
