Your Role
Step into the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, where every day promises excitement and rapid pace in delivering top-notch recruitment services.

We're looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Your proactive approach and ability to handle ambiguity and challenges will drive engagement and alignment across all levels of stakeholders, earning you the trust and support of executives and key decision-makers.

In this critical position, you'll lead Talent Acquisition efforts for Technology & Operations, Retail Insurance Australia and Intermediated Insurance Australia, overseeing a small team of consultants and implementing tailored strategies. Your focus will be on simplifying processes, optimising efficiencies, and enhancing our employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing. This is a 6 month max term contract based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane.

About You
  • Experience in a leadership position within Talent Acquisition, assisting and leading indirect or direct reports
  • Resource, demand management and negotiation skills
  • Proven digital engagement, effectively identifying and using online platforms and tools to interact with and engage audiences
  • Database Management (integrity, access management, compliance)
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing from concept to delivery
  • Strong experience in liaising and consulting with senior stakeholders
  • Foster collaborative relationships internally and externally
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
  • Experience using Recruitment and Selection assessments, tools, systems and technology
  • Manage multiple priorities in order to achieve agreed outcomes in a timely manner
  • Ability to utilise and visualise data to enable data driven insights
  • Showcase your ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
