As one of New Zealand’s largest employers, Woolworths NZ is continuing an exciting trajectory of growth and innovation and we are looking for a Talent Partner to deliver game-changing end to end recruitment solutions to support this journey.

As a Talent Partner, you will play an essential role in delivering recruitment solutions across a variety of Head Office portfolios, where talent pipelining, internal mobility initiatives and maximising our brand new talent tech-stack is critical to your success. As we continue to grow our internal brand as a team of Talent SME’s, your advice and consultation on market trends and candidate sentiment, and using data to support this, will set you apart as a true partner.

About You | Mōu

You are a collaborative, enthusiastic and curious talent professional with solid experience across support office segments, industry and ideally, TA-tech. You demonstrate strong business partnering and communication skills and your ability to leverage tools to build and maximise talent pipelines that deliver results, and use data to inform decision-making means you build credibility and confidence with your stakeholders, fast. We are particularly interested in connecting with those who have the following:

• A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring all applicants have a positive end-to-end recruitment journey, regardless of the outcome.

• A naturally positive and optimistic nature, unafraid to try new things and adapt to change.

• The ability to establish effective partnerships with stakeholders across the Woolworths Group, influencing and providing support as needed.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to adapt your style to engage with a diverse audience.

• Strong pipeline development and management
