Description

Als Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess über operative und Business-Funktionen hinweg, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Österreich.

In dieser hands-on Rolle identifizierst, gewinnst und entwickelst Du proaktiv Top-Talente und stellst sicher, dass jede Interaktion mit Kandidat:innen unsere Werte – Wärme, Transparenz und Sinnhaftigkeit – widerspiegelt.

Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kandidat:innen und gestaltest eine menschliche, inklusive und wertebasierte Candidate Experience – vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Angebot.

Darüber hinaus entwickelst Du Dich zum:r Expert:in für unser ATS (Pinpoint) sowie unsere Hiring-Prozesse und unterstützt Hiring Manager mit Klarheit, Sicherheit und datenbasierten Insights.

Reduzierung der Abhängigkeit von Personalagenturen durch effektives Direct Sourcing
Unterstützung inklusiver Recruiting-Praktiken sowie Employer-Branding- und EVP-Initiativen in Europa

Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses – von Sourcing über Screening und Interviews bis hin zum Angebotsmanagement
Erste Ansprechperson für Kandidat:innen und Sicherstellung einer klaren, transparenten und wertschätzenden Kommunikation
Proaktive Identifikation und Ansprache von Talenten mithilfe kreativer und datenbasierter Methoden
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Definition von Anforderungsprofilen und Erstellung überzeugender Stellenprofile
Integration unserer Unternehmenswerte in alle Phasen des Recruiting-Prozesses
Pflege und Qualitätssicherung der Daten im ATS sowie Ableitung von Insights zur Unterstützung fundierter Entscheidungen
Gestaltung individueller und durchdachter Candidate Journeys – von der Erstansprache bis zur Übergabe ins Onboarding
Zusammenarbeit bei Employer-Branding- und lokalen Talentgewinnungsmaßnahmen
Beobachtung aktueller Recruiting-Trends, arbeitsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen und Marktentwicklungen in Österreich und Europa

Fähigkeiten, Kenntnisse & Erfahrung

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting (Inhouse oder Agentur)
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Direct Sourcing, Aufbau von Talentpipelines und im Stakeholder-Management
Ausgeprägte Interviewkompetenz, insbesondere in verhaltens- und wertebasierten Interviews
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ATS-Systemen (z. B. Pinpoint oder vergleichbar)
Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Beziehungsaufbau-Fähigkeiten
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit über mehrere Länder oder Regionen hinweg
Neugierig, datengetrieben und sinnorientiert – mit einer guten Balance aus Analyse und Empathie

Erfahrung im Recruiting innerhalb der DACH-Region
Weitere europäische Sprachen (z. B. Spanisch, Französisch, Niederländisch)
Erfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden oder skalierenden Unternehmen
Erfahrung im internationalen Recruiting (UK / Europa / USA)
Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding oder EVP-Initiativen
