Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Stock Market/Forex

Location: Hyderabad – Hi-tech City (On-Site Only)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00PM - 2:30AM IST)

Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum + Performance-Based Bonuses

Position Summary

We are hiring a recruiter with stock market/forex knowledge.

You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-impact talent in High Frequency/Crypto Traders, as well as other roles within our team, trading, US stock market, blockchain engineering, research, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Hiring: Collaborate with division leads to forecast hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment pipelines.

● End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and close candidates for technical and trading roles.

● Specialized Talent Acquisition: Hire for roles including Indian Stock Market/US Stock Market Traders, High Frequency Traders, Solidity Developers, Quant Analysts, and Blockchain Engineers.

● Mass Hiring Campaigns: Design and execute recruitment drives for building out large operational teams.

● Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages with top-tier candidates.

● Talent Intelligence: Track competitor hiring trends and HFT/crypto industry benchmarks.

● Onboarding & Culture: Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and cultural alignment of new hires.

● Employer Branding: Represent Shah Equity as a premier destination for US Stock Market/Crypto trader professionals.

Qualifications

● Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years in the Indian stock market/US Stock Market/crypto/blockchain/fintech space.

● Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and assess roles in US Stock Market, trading, and blockchain engineering.

● People Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
